But to make sure you don't get bulky, you need to
1. do more volume on legs
2. do less volume on upper body
3. do the right exercises...

To get toned, but not bulky you need to:
1. Eat High-Protein
2. Eat in a calorie deficit
3. Get 10k+ steps a day
